Warranty

All our watches are covered by the Caesar Time warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Our watches are delivered with their original box, all documents and their international warranty from the manufacturers if any.

The warranty covers:
– Manufacturing defects

The warranty does not cover :
– Damage due to wear (crown, bezel, case, glass, bracelet, screw, clasp …)
– Damage resulting from the non respect of the manufacturer’s information on the water resistance. (depth, screwing the crown)
– Damage due to physical shock.
– Loss of stone / diamond on the outside of the watch
– Attempts to repair by third parties.
